How do I place an order?

Ordering is very easy! You choose your desired product, select the correct size if necessary and click on 'IN SHOPPING BAG'. The product is now placed in your shopping cart! If your shopping cart is full and you wish to complete your order, click on complete order. On the checkout page you then follow all steps up to the payment. When the payment is successful you will always receive an order confirmation with enclosed invoice via email.

Can I fit an item?

We are often asked whether items can be fitted first. But badger is unfortunately not possible.

An item that I want to order is out of stock, will it come back in?

We often work with changing and exclusive items, which means that some must-haves can sell out quickly. If you still want to check whether this product is still coming in, please send us an email with the name of the product and that you would like to order it if it comes back in stock.

What are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs within Belgium are € 4.99 and within the Netherlands € 6.50. From € 75, - your order will be shipped for free within Belgium. For our Dutch neighbors there is free shipping from € 100, -. You can also ship to other European countries, the prices can be found during check out.

How long does it take before my package is shipped and delivered?

We do our utmost to get the order to you as soon as possible! If you order before 14:00 on working days, your order will be shipped the same day. With luck you will have your items at home the next day. More than 95% of the packages are always delivered the next day by Bpost. This depends entirely on how fast Bpost works and unfortunately we have no control over that. Orders placed on Friday afternoon after 5 pm are only shipped on Monday. For orders from the Netherlands, delivery can take 2 to 9 working days.

Do you not have your package at home after 9 working days? Please contact us as soon as possible!

Do I get a track & trace to track my package?

When your package has been sent you will always receive an email with the corresponding track & trace code to carefully follow up your package. Have you not received an email? Be sure to check your spam or check the correctness of your email address in your account. You can always adjust this.

I made a mistake during my order, can I still correct it?

Due to the crowds and our stock, it is not always possible to adjust an placed order. Of course you can always contact us as soon as possible and if we see this in time we may be able to solve the problem. In the worst case, your order has already been shipped and we have to solve it with a return.

I was not at home when Bpost wanted to deliver my package! What should I do now?

Normally, the postman leaves a note in your mailbox, with which you can collect your package from the post office. You can also follow this up via the track & trace.

How do I use a discount code?

You can always enter your discount code at checkout under the box 'discount code'. Note that the system can only accept one code per order. Suppose there is a discount promotion with discount code in progress that you want to use, but you also have a gift voucher / code that you want to spend, then it is best to spend one of the two codes and send us an email with the problem. Afterwards we will refund you the amount you still have credit.

I have paid, but I have not received an order confirmation! What should I do?

When an order has been paid and succeeded, you will ALWAYS receive an order confirmation. If not, first check your spam in your mailbox. If the e-mail cannot be found there, there is probably something wrong with entering your e-mail address. Check in your account if there is a mistake. If this is not the case, but the payment has been withdrawn from your account and you still do not receive confirmation? Please contact us as soon as possible by mail and we will investigate this further.

Can I exchange or return my order?

Are the items not what you expected? Too bad, but that can happen! You can always exchange or return your items within 14 working days. For all clear information about this, I refer you to the page 'return and exchange'

My item has been damaged / delivered incorrectly, what should I do now?

Is an item damaged or have we delivered the wrong item? Send us an email as soon as possible with your name, order number and the item where something went wrong. We will immediately see if we can exchange the item for you. Do we no longer have the item in stock? Then you can choose a different item or get a refund.

The costs for returning are of course at our expense.
